Making my "Famous" Mac 'n Cheese
Bring a pot of water to boil and add a little salt and oil. Pour in a 500g packet of macaroni and stir occasionally until macaroni is cooked. In a saucepan, fry one sliced onion in a little oil until brown and add 500g of mince, add salt to taste and cook until done. In a separate saucepan, fry a packet of bacon bits and about 5 sausages cut into small pieces. Place half of the macaroni in a casserole then spread half of the mince over it and then half of the bacon mix over the mince. Beat two eggs and pour half of it over the bacon mix. Mix a packet of pasta sauce with hot water until smooth and pour half of it over the bacon mix then grate some cheese and spread a little bit of cheese over it. Now take the other half of macaroni and spread it on top of the cheese, then the mince and the bacon mix. Pour the rest of the egg and sauce over and then finish it off with grated cheese at the top. Place in a preheated oven (180 degrees Celsius) and bake for about 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes to set and then serve.
